Hitchcock Direct Imaging provides CT scans, X-rays and ultrasound with clear, all-inclusive cash prices. We are a fully licensed outpatient diagnostic center in Hixson serving Chattanooga and patients throughout the Tennessee Valley.
No insurance or Hitchcock membership is required. A healthcare provider’s order is required for all imaging services.

Our published prices include the imaging service, facility costs, applicable contrast, interpretation by a board-certified radiologist, the final report and a digital copy upon request. Patients from any healthcare practice may use our center.

SCHEDULING
We contact CT and ultrasound patients to arrange a convenient appointment. X-ray patients may walk in during imaging hours after we receive the order.

GET RESULTS, PAY ONE PRICE
Pay the published all-inclusive price at your visit. A board-certified radiologist interprets the study, and the report is generally sent to the ordering provider within 48–72 hours—often sooner.

- Hitchcock Direct Imaging is fully accessible to all patients, both insured and uninsured, who wish to benefit from affordable, high-quality imaging without the high facility fees of traditional systems.
- Patients with commercial insurance are permitted to receive deductible and out-of-pocket credit when they choose a lower-cost imaging provider. After paying our cash price, patients may submit the itemized receipt to their insurance plan for deductible application in accordance with state law.
Who We Serve
Our Hixson imaging center serves patients from Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Cleveland, Dayton, northern Georgia, northern Alabama, Nashville and surrounding communities. Some patients travel farther because our all-inclusive prices can be substantially simpler and more affordable than hospital-based imaging.
