Women’s health services in our practice encompass a range of care specific to women’s needs, from routine gynecological exams to reproductive health and menopause management. We provide compassionate, confidential care, empowering women to take charge of their health at every life stage.

Gynecologic Concerns
Evaluation and guidance for menstrual changes, abnormal bleeding, pelvic discomfort, and other common gynecologic concerns.
Reproductive and Sexual Health
Confidential counseling and primary care support for reproductive health, sexual wellness, and concerns that may change throughout life.
Colposcopy
Available to Non-Members
A closer examination of the cervix after an abnormal Pap or HPV result, with a biopsy when appropriate.
Cervical Dysplasia Treatment
Available to Non-Members
Personalized evaluation and treatment of precancerous cervical changes, with careful attention to your diagnosis, goals, and reproductive health.
Annual Well-Woman Visits
Unhurried preventive visits focused on recommended screenings, health risks, current concerns, and your long-term wellness goals.
Pap Smears
Pap and Cervical Cancer Screening
Contraception
Personalized counseling to help you choose a birth-control option that fits your health history, preferences, and future plans.
Vaginal, Urinary, and STI Concerns
Confidential evaluation and treatment for common vaginal infections, urinary symptoms, and sexually transmitted infections.
Early-Pregnancy Care
Care and guidance during the first trimester, followed by coordination with an obstetric provider for the remainder of pregnancy.
Endometrial Biopsy
An in-office procedure used when appropriate to evaluate abnormal uterine bleeding or changes involving the uterine lining.
Perimenopause and Menopause Care
Personalized support for hot flashes, sleep changes, mood symptoms, sexual health, bone health, and other midlife concerns.
Postpartum Support
Continued support after pregnancy for physical recovery, emotional health, medication needs, and the transition into parenthood.

Instead of a per visit fee, our patients pay a flat monthly membership fee per person. We do offer a discounted monthly membership rate for children ages 3-17 and those that see the same physician as a parent. It works similarly to a Netflix subscription or a gym membership in that you pay every month rather than per visit. See pricing information below.

Pricing

By choosing to receive care at Hitchcock Family Medicine, you can be assured you’ll receive enhanced access to your physician, personalized care, cost savings, and transparent pricing. There are no co-pays or per-visit fees for covered primary care. Membership pricing is based on age, not medical complexity or pre-existing conditions.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Birth to 2 years – $99 per month
  • 3-17 years – $69 per month
  • 18 + years – $99 per month
  • Children who see the same physician as a parent: $39 per month

*Membership fees are billed monthly. Medications, outside laboratory work, imaging, equipment, send-out pathology, and other separately priced services are not included in the monthly membership.
