Being a direct primary care (DPC) practice, we offer a uniquely personal experience for our patients that focuses on individualized care, transparent pricing, and enhanced communication.

Instead of a per visit fee, our patients pay a flat monthly membership fee per person. We do offer a discounted monthly membership rate for children ages 3-17 and those that see the same physician as a parent. It works similarly to a Netflix subscription or a gym membership in that you pay every month rather than per visit. See pricing information below.

Pricing

By choosing to receive care at Hitchcock Family Medicine, you can be assured you’ll receive enhanced access to your physician, personalized care, cost savings, and transparent pricing. There are no co-pays or per-visit fees for covered primary care. Membership pricing is based on age, not medical complexity or pre-existing conditions.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Birth to 2 years – $99 per month
  • 3-17 years – $69 per month
  • 18 + years – $99 per month
  • Children who see the same physician as a parent: $39 per month

*Membership fees are billed monthly. Medications, outside laboratory work, imaging, equipment, send-out pathology, and other separately priced services are not included in the monthly membership.
